This means that each time I perform one of those lifts, I do 5 working sets with a weight that's just heavy enough for me to do 5 reps with. Once I can successfully do a 5x5 with a certain weight twice in a row, I increment the weight slightly. </p> </article> <article> <h2>Running</h2> <p> Occasionally, I get into (somewhat) long-distance running.
