Now you call `UlidFactory.newInstance()` and it's variants to get a new
`UlidFactory`.

The benchmark code was created in the direcory `benchmark`.
To execute the benchmark, run the script `./benchmark/run.sh`.
Sorry, there is no `run.bat` file for Windows.
