Update the grading system so that each student's score for a particular day is computed from the average of their Classroom Readiness and Behavior scores for that day, where each subscore is just a measure of how many things the student did wrong.

The student's entry cells should be updated to be just visual in nature, and instead, when clicked, a modal opens up where the teacher can fill in all the information about that student for the day.
