Add the ability to export data from Perfin into a variety of formats:

The data that should be able to be exported:

Accounts
Account Entries and Balance Records
Transactions
Attachments

Formats that should be supported (if possible for a given data type):

JSON
CSV
XML
TXT

Deferring this for a while; not important to the flashiness of the app. I might just add a transactions export to CSV for now though.
