It should be easy for the user to view a history of their account's balance over time, and at any specific point in time. Here are some possibilities:

A line graph (maybe one for the whole profile, showing each account)
A feature to "go back in time" and view the profile as it was at a specific time.
A date picker to query the balance at a given time.
